You could be running into the 1300 recurring meeting limit. 1,300 recurring appointment limit fixed in E2k7 SP1 Update Rollup 1 http://calendarservermigration.blogspot.com/2008/03/1300-recurring-appointment-limit-fixed.htmlJames Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hello, Does the Event 8260 warning event ID also occur with the 8199 and 8206 error ID? These event IDs occur because the Exchange Server cannot save a repeating appointment that has a duration of more than two years (730 days). It does not indicate any issues but only a warning message. We can safely ignore the error event ID or try the following workaround solution: 1. Contact the problematic user and let him delete the appointment and re-create it with duration of less than two years (730 days). Especially for the re-occurring meetings. Thanks, Simon
