Hi Guys, I was wondering if someone can help me out here, I am trying to restore a Exchange2003 mailbox, store was backed up by native NTbackup and also restored using NTBackup and then used the recovery storage to mount the store and used exchange tasks to merge the mailbox. Everything goes well until I merge the recovered mailbox and I get this error. Hi,Can you try if you can Exmerge one of the mailboxes ?Does it always happen on the same mailbox if so try another mailbox to exclude the current mailbox is the problem.Regards,Johanblog: www.johanveldhuis.nl

Hi Johan, Thanks for your response, but I am all set now I found out because I had unused store dismounted that was causing the error. As soon as I mounted those unused stores and merge the recovered mailbox, it worked. Thanks Pramod
