Error opening mailbox
I gave myself full access on a mailbox that we are trying to monitor however when i try to open the mailbox, I receive the following error: "The set of folders cannot be opened. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are network problems or the computer is down for maintenance"Any suggestions on why I'm receiving this error message?

Please collect more detailed info about your issue for better troubleshooting:
1. please describe your environment, such like, the version of OL and exchange
2. also describe how you reproduce this issue
3. check if there's any error info in your client pc's event viewer
Basic troubleshooting:
1. start OL in safe mode:
<Start->Run->fill in "outlook /safe">
2. try to full access another user's mailbox for testing
