Hi,

To clarify the issue, I'd like to collecting the following information:

Which version of Exchange server are you using?

Does this issue happen to other users in the same environment?

Can you share the calendar from OWA?

In addition, please try to share the calendar using the following steps and let me know if it works:

1. Right click the calendar you want to share, select Properties form the context menu.

2. Click Permissions tab.

3. Click Add button and select the user you want to share the calendar with.

4. Highlight the user you select and change the permission to the level you want to grant to the user.

5. Click OK.

6. Have the user open the shared calendar via Calendar > Home tab > Open Calendar > Open Shared Calendar...

Hi Steffen,

To share a calendar in OWA, login to the user's OWA, click Calendar from the left side pane, then right click the calendar you want to share and select Share...

In addition, this issue may also happen if there is a duplicate entry in the Permissions list for the user's calendar. To verify this, right-click the user's calendar and select Properties, click Permissions tab and check for a duplicate entry.
