Error when installing Microsoft Office Remote PC (Network Steve Forum)

Error when installing Microsoft Office Remote PC

Dear Microsoft Team,

I am trying to install the Microsoft Office Remote PC on Win 7 Virtual machine (component installed on Dot Net 4.5 and Office 2013 on the machine). However getting the 'Error 0x800b010a : A certificate chain could not be built to a trusted root authority'.

Kindly advice how we can over come this issue.

Hi,

Microsoft Office Remote PC is a pretty cool tool, just found this introduction article which includes a Support Forum link for this product in it:

I think you probably need to post in this dedicated forum for better support.

As far as I know, they only provide IT Pro level support for Office client here in current forum.
