I am getting the following error when trying to recreate autodiscovervirtualdirectoryNew-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory : An error occurred while creating the IIS virtual directory 'IIS://mail01.domain.local/W3SVC/1/ROOT/Autodiscover' on 'MAIL01'.At line:1 char:32+ new-autodiscovervirtualdirectory <<<<I already tried reinstalling iis and exchange CAS. no help there.

I'm am having the same issue, I can not create a new autodiscover virtual directory in IIS7 using PowerShell. I have stopped IIS and ran PowerShell as the Administrator. If you could post your solution that would be great!. Thanks
