Try to manually start Transport services. 2. Try by disabling all AV services and then start the Transport Service. 3. Please rename the queue folder which is under c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\data. Note: We may need to stop Microsoft Exchange Transport Service and then we can rename the folder.
