I am having the exact same issue. The post marked as the answer in the previous topic isn't correct as the file referenced does not exist anywhere on my server or on the installation media.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Have you applied the CU8 on the Exchange Server? You can try applying it and it will fix certain registry keys and Exchange files.
