Hi It seems to be WMI error not exchange error. You can post your thread to server forum http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winservergen/threads I also find similar case and post it to you. W2K3 Server encounter numerous WinMgmt Event 10 in Application log after reboot, but the server is functioning fine. RESOLUTION: We rename the [C:\windows\system32\wbem\repository] directory, then restarted Windows Management Instrumentation service and a new repository directory was regenerated.
