Warning event 1013 doesnt mean theres an issue in the IIS, it indicates that IIS needs to be reset as some waiting requests cant be ended within 90 seconds
Please try to uncheck Recycle worker processes (in minutes) option in the IIS manager, this option recycles all resources by reset application pool after a period time. It is used to delay the happening of potential issues. If there really has issues in the server, this option wont solve the issue. If you have the plan to reboot entire server, and then the option is un-needed.
Notes: If this option must be set, please select a time when minimum users will access the server
Further troubleshooting:
When an IIS process like Inetinfo.exe, Dllhost.exe, or W3wp.exe stops responding (hangs), you will also encounter this warning event. You can use debug diagnostics tool to troubleshoot the issue, please see KB 919792. Please also check the HTTP error log (KB 820729)
Was this warning event logged on the exchange server? In order to confirm whether its an exchange issue or IIS issue, please create a new site in the IIS and try to browse the website. If we cant access, the issue would be caused by IIS, then you may use IIS Newsgroup for the question
Also, we can run an ExBPA against exchange server for a health check
Resources:The W3wp.exe process may crash frequently on Exchange Server 2003 servers in an organization that has many Outlook Web Access users
