Hi , Based on the error information, it seems the RPC connection time exceed the throttling, please check your throttling setting. Message Throttling: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232205(v=exchg.150).aspx similar issue for your reference. We upgraded to RU6 for exchange 2010 SP2 and we dont have this issue anymore. Thanks for your updates.Abhijeet D
