does exchange 2013 have the pre-canned scripts (ps1).

Yes, by default their in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Scripts" directory, unless you install to a different drive letter. Is there something you're specifically looking for?

Go to EMS and type "CD $ExScripts".... :)
