ExTrA - Database Troubleshooter Scan Time
We are running Exchange 2007 on Win2k3 R2 server. Are backups (Backup Exec 12.5) having been reporting 2 corrupt transaction log files and inconsistency. This just happened yesterday after the backup server lost power in the middle of backing up the Exchange server.I was going to run the Database Troubleshooter in Exchange, and since we have to dismount the database resulting in downtime, I was wondering how long the analysis takes for a 176gb database? 15mins, 1hr, 2hr???Or can anyone share what their times were? Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks,Chad

anyone???If anyone has ran the "Database Troubleshooter", I would like to just know how long it took for yours to run. I'm running this tonight and I would like to have a general idea of how long it would take...Thanks,Chad

Ran it last night. Only took a few minutes, but didn't really give me the information I wanted. So, I went and ran the eseutil /MH and eseutil /ML options which gave me the information I really needed.Regards,Chad
