Hi,

I'm having problems printing an Excel sheet with the option fit to 1 page height, 1 page width.
The preview is correct: the sheet fills up one page A4 nicely and correctly. But if I then print the sheet it will be compressed vertically, leaving some 4-5 cm (2") blank at the bottom of the page.

If I close and reopen the doument , and print the same sheet immediately, without using print preview, it will print fine !

I'm using Excel 2007 with latest service pack and patches.
The document has been converted from 2003 to 2007 file format.

Excel 2003 did not have problems previewing and printing the document with the right page fit.

you may need to adjust the sheet a bit and clean up set  print areas etc

Thanks, but I've already reset print area, and I can't adjust each sheet with this problem. I've got a ton of 'em.

The question is why Excel 2007 does a different job fitting the page from Excel 2003. Same document, same printer, tested on different pcs.
