Excel 2010 Find/Replace Bug

Example in spreadsheet

2:00 pm (all in same cell)

3:15 pm (next cell)

4:30 pm (next cell)

will not replace pm with p

If you look in the formula bar to see what is actually in the cell, I doubt if you will pm.
Try changing the cell number format instead.
