After export Sharepoint 2010 list, we receive error message in Excel: "An unexpected error has occured. Changes to your data cannot saved'. If user change view, the export works fine. Not all user receive this error.

We found error in event viewer: Event ID 1002 Description: Hanging application EXCEL.EXE, version 14.0.6024.1000, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000

Could you help me ?
