All my excel 2010 files have been converted to Excel Workbook and open as gibberish in a "Notebook" format. Also, the "Save" function no longer works as Excel 2010. I can only save as Excel Workbook as a default, or Excel 97-2003. I have a license for Excel 2010 and it has worked fine for over 3 or 4 years, but today it stopped.  Is there a fix?
