Excel 2013 32bit Continual Crash in RDS - Server 2012 Standard - Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Good Morning,

I have a few users that are using Excel pretty heavily with some larger spreadsheets. We have been at this troubleshooting game for a while now and have not found the cause of the issue. We have updated office, reinstalled office, repaired office, disabled add-ins, some add-ins, and we just cannot seem to keep this from happening. Excel randomly will crash on some of my users through RDS with the following error.

Hi Sir,

Based on the event log, we can't find enough useful information. I notice that this issue occurred with some larger spreadsheets, thus I suppose this issue might be caused by the formatting. If you are using 32bit Excel, I recommend we try to use 64bit Excel.

If this issue still exists, we'd better collect the App crash dump file to do further troubleshooting.
Please try to follow this article to collect the dump file:

You can try to analyze dump by yourself if you would like to
