Hi. The problem we're having seems to be the same that everyone else is having. When you look at Print Preview, the borders are there; when you print, they aren't. We have changed everything, including copied and pasted the sheet contents into a fresh sheet, to no avail. Is it our printers? Is it the program? Is there no fix for this?

Is this issue only of Excel? Could you please try to print a table from Word? See if borders get printed. This way we can isolated the issue, see if it Excel related.

Meanwhile, as you described everyone in your environments are having this problem, I suspect it caused by the printer you are using.

1. Try to update the driver of your default printer, see if it works
2. If you have other printer available in your environment, try to switch to that printer for a try.
