Excel 2013 PowerPivot crashes on new file

My 64 bit Excel 2013 Powerpivot was working on my computer until recently when it stop working.

Now when I open a new file and click on the PV manage icon, Excel will crash.

I am seeing this exact same issue on my computer.

Excel 64-bit 2013, PowerView crashes when clicking the Manage Icon.

I even get the same Event crash report.

I tried every single troubleshoot tip I've found on the web, but nothing seems to be fixing it. Please help!
