Dear Tech Support

Every time i click on a cell the home tab disappears (closes) and I want it to stay open, how do I rectify the problem?

Hi,

It sounds like your ribbon settings are in click state. A double click on the home tab should be sufficient. If you look at the right side of the ribbon (far right) you see a small arrow pointing up or downwards. Click that and that will also expand the ribbon. A final solution can be holding the Ctrl key + F1 which also toggle the ribbon tabs.
