While i trying to save share excel sheet on server it promted as saving as and goted hang... Please resolve

Based on your description, my understanding was that you had a shared excel file when you tried to save the file your Excel file crashed. Could you provid more information about this issue, I'd like to ask several questions.

1. Which version of Excel are you using?<o:p></o:p>

2. Did this issue only occur in a particular file? Or did it occur with all
shared Excel files?<o:p></o:p>

3. Did you get any error messages when the file crashed?

4. Were there other users who also get the same problem?

In addition, I will provide several common methods to troubleshoot your issue:<o:p></o:p>

Method 1

If this issue only occurs in a particular file, try to download this file to local computer and check if it works fine.

If it still crashes, this file might be damaged, please try to repair this file:

Click Open- Select the corrupted file- Click the arrow next to the Open button- Click Open and Repair.

Method 2

Try to open the file in safe mode and check if this issue still exists. If it works fine in safe mode, this issue might be occurred by add-ins please try to disable them.

Method 3

Try to collcet the event log and provide us with the whole error messages of event log.

Press Win + R, type "eventvwr" in the blank box, press Enter. In the Event Viewer, browse to Windows Logs -> Application, there may be some errors after the crash.

After collecting event log , please post the whole error messages here.
