I have an installation of Excel 2013 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. For any locally logged in user, creating a new spreadsheet and trying to save it results in a crash. This occurs for any user, even new users who had not previously logged into the computer. It doesn't matter if the file is attempted to be saved locally or on a network drive. If the file already exists, it can be altered and saved again with no error. Doesn't matter if the user is a local admin or not. UAC is turned off. This does not occur if the user logs in remotely to the computer using RDP. I've applied all available Windows updates.
