Form the Excel 2010, I have a problem here, I have protect my file using password protection.  I remember the password but its doesn't not open the file.  Can someone help me to solve it?  Password is correct but the notice show incorrect.

I using the protection from save as using the tool. 

A password is case sensitive.
So try it both ways and with the first character only in Ucase.

You may have positioned your fingers on the keyboard incorrectly when you first entered it.
Move your fingers up/down one row on the keyboard and enter the password as if you had your fingers on the correct keys.  Do the same thing with your fingers offset one key to the left/right.

Have someone else enter the password for you.

There are password crackers available - you wil have to do that search yourself.

Excel 2010 will opened only if the password is correct. Make sure whether the password is applied to this file. And make sure you did not miss-type some wrong characters.
