Hello,
I was directed here from community.office365.com and was hoping that you can help me with an excel issue that I'm having.
Some users are having issues when they open up an excel document that is on our network. It'll pop up with one or two blank errors and the file will open up and act normally and the users will be able to edit and save the file without any problems. It's just the errors popping up at the beginning is annoying.
Users are running the newest version of Office 365 desktop application (Excel 2013). I've uninstalled/reinstalled office suite. I've ran quick/full repairs, and I've updated the nic driver thinking it might be a nic issue, but still no luck. If the user open an excel file that is local on their desktop, it'll open without any errors.
Any one have any ideas?
Thanks.
Phong
EDIT: Well, I can't link pictures or insert pictures, so I can't show you what the error looks like. But it is just a small white error box with nothing in it but a red circle with a white X.
