Excel remove function when the document are printet to Xerox WC7835

Then we print Excel worksheet to Xerox WorkCentre 7835 EFI printer, the worksheet is broken up to 8 or more pages. Then we try to open the document an error message is coming up. Some data that not can be read is deleted from the workseet, and this message can be read:

Can someone teel me what going wrong?

Hi CJPMEP,

Based on your description, my understanding is when you print your excel file to Xerox WorkCentre 7835 EFI printer your worksheet is broken. Could you be a bit more precise explain how excel file broke up? Did this issue only appear on excel file? And this issue appeared in all excel files or a particular file?

First I suggest you open the excel file in safe mode and check if it can print fine. If it print fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.

Then I suggest you check the print driver of the printer, please update the latest print driver in your computer from the printer official website.

And you said you can get error messages, if the following information in your case is the error messages? If this is not the error message, I suggest you post the whole error messages here. And if possible please upload a comparison diagram between the normal contents of workbook and broken workbook.
