From my laptop I cannot able to print only excel sheets all else are printing fine

Hi Harish,

My understanding is that you only can't print files with Excel, and print well with other programs, such as Word. etc....Right?  This issue might be caused by some factors. Do you mind telling us more information?

• Which version of your excel and windows system?
• Which type of printer do you use?
• Did you get any error messages when printing?

Then, please try the following methods and check they are helpful.

1) If you have a computer that is running the 64-bit version of Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. Please try to end the "Splwow64.exe process " manually in task manager.

2) If you use HP printers, please try to install PS(PostScript printer drivers ) driver instead of PLC driver

3) Change the default printer to something else and then back to the original printer.
