Have 100's of tables for an annual report to be linked and pasted into Word. I have put in a box above every Excel spreadsheet to ensure that I keep the tables the same size and that this size pasted at 100% will fit into my word document. I have tried to made column widths consistent throughout so that they will be the same size even if I did not have the box ontop to check.

However when I am pasting it into word, it is changing the size, seeming to grow a little and never by the same amount.  So when I change the linked spreadsheets to be the size I want some are now 98%, some 97 or 96%.

I even tried setting the page to the size I wanted and then scaling to the width of the page but this also did not work. 

Would appreciate any feedback as to a concrete solution.
