Hi Everyboby,Users mailboxes are store in exchsrv right so whenevr we cofigure outlok of users there is a option"Deliver new email to the following location"in the drop downbox there are two options 1. Personal folders2. Milbox system.So My question is that If we will select Personal folders then users mails store in local pst not in exchsrvr right so if user does not have backup of pst and system crash how can we recover mails from exchsrv??biswajeet

Hi,If you save the mails in *.pst file, you have no copyon theserver. You need to take charge of it.So you need to backup the *.pst file inanother disk or driver.If system crash, you can recover mails from the backup. Otherwise, you have nothing.Frank Wang
