Hi Nirmal, From the screenshot, we can see it is a system error, I suggest discussing this issue in Windows Server 2003 newsgroup: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsserver/bb841405.aspx Meanwhile, you can check if the following article are helpful: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837432 I also mentioned some similar issues are fixed by installing the latest hardware drivers.
