hi,you can use move mailbox wizard and move-mailbox command on exchange server 2007 to move mailboxes. did you try these actions? for detailed information please look at ;http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124797.aspxhttp://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/management-administration/moving-mailboxes-exchange-2007-part1.htmlregards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com

Some additional suggestions...
Give higher number in "Maximum number of messages to skip" so it doesn't fail with bad item count and you don't have to start from the beginning.
Do this during off-hours since data will move over the network.
Make sure that you have enough space on the destination database drive and destination transaction logs path of storage group since it will generate the logs of equivalent size of mailbox.
I hope you have SP1 on Exchange 2007 server otherwise if backup and move mailbox runs together it stops after 5000 transaction logs due to log generation checkpoint depth has limit during backup in Exchange 2007 RTM.

Amits suggestion would 100% resolve the issue, and would like to Add something here,You can create one new SG on Exchange 2007 with a new mailbox storeEnable circular loggin on that SG - to avoid maximum log creation.Ensure you're doing backup on that newly create SG/MBx.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3
