Hi, If you already have another version of MAPI on the box, you cannot install the download (and/or - if you managed to get the download to install, this would be an unsupported environment). Hi, Before you re-install Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 , I recommend you to run the cmmdlt below to give full permission on the account that you used to perform backup. “get-mailbox -database "Server\Storage group\Mailbox database" | add-mailboxpermission -user admin -accessright fullaccess-inheritancetype all" If the problem still persists kindly let us know. Hello, Thanks for your reply again. I have done that powershel command. Permissions are now set. It doesn't help for the problem we have. Mapi32.dll Properties: Name: Extended MAPI 1.0 for Windows NT Version: 1.0.2536.0 - 6.0.6000.16386 date 11/2/2006 regards, Ahuibers

We have solved the problem: For a 64-bit operating system, an ExchangeMAPI key should now exist under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Clients\Mail. Delete the Outlook registration [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Clients\Mail\Microsoft Outlook] Outlook has not been installed, but the register key was need to be deleted. regards, Ahuibers
