We are currently debating if we should virtualize Exchange 2007 (which will be a fresh install) we are currently using 2003 MY question goes towards; does anyone have experience with a production Exchange server 2007 running on a virtual server? is it supported my MS ? Also how well does Outlook 2003 function with Exchange 2007?? Bonus Question, how well does Exchange 2007 work with a (SAN) ? Your feedback is greatly appreciated thank you.

Hi, This should answer your virtual question about support http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320220/en-us I have HUB and CAS servers virtualized for a 5000 user environment - I prefer to keep the mailbox servers on physical servers.
