Is it possible to sync anew G3 Iphone to my Exchange 2000 server?
If it is what modification I need to do on my server?
Thank you

Good luck trying!
Everything I've readtells methat the iPhone will sync limited with 2003 and with Microsoft Active Sync you can get full capabilities for Exchange 2007.
We are using Exchange 2000 as well and I was able to get the incoming emails to our server to sync with the phones, and the users can reply to domain email addresses only; outside of the domain does not work.
You have to have the IMAP service running on the server.
Since Exchange 2000 is a dead application, there isn't much you're going to be able to do with it other than upgrade. That's where we are with it anyway.
Hope this was helpful!

Hi esoll,According to Apple's Integration guide:http://www.apple.com/iphone/enterprise/integration.html"iPhone works with Exchange ActiveSync available on Exchange 2003 and 2007 mail servers." Although (now for the good news), it does look like you can actually use Exchange 2000 through IMAP according to the MS Exchange Team, though IMAP does not have the same functionality as Exchange Active Sync, so it may not be worth it. Here is the MS Exchange blog describing iPhone + IMAP = Exchange:http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/07/10/446015.aspxHere is the IMAP deployment guide from Apple:http://images.apple.com/iphone/enterprise/docs/iPhone_IMAP.pdfKeep in mind IMAP does not offer a lot, basically you can get email. That is about it. No calendaring or contacts.-matt
