I am trying to find some documentation on rolling out signatures for exchange and outlook clients. I am not even sure where to being looking. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction for creating a unified email signature template for my company.The signature needs to reflect the users name and title.Cheers

I have exactly the same problem! It is possible for the exchange server do it at all, or must I use third party tools?
