Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003 and Shared Public Calenders
Hi folks, hope someone can help with this issue I am having. I have a group here at my hospital that requires them to share three public Calenders, all users of the calenders have editing publisher rights. What is happening is that if one person makes a change or addition, they only see the stuff they put in, not anything anyone else does. The systems they are using are XP Pro SP II, with a general generic log in for the computer, and each user has their own profile under exchange to see their e-mail and calender. None of the profiles are cached. As a test, I had one user make changes to one of the calenders, and move to another computer with her profile, and the information does follow them, but is still not viewable by other users. All profiles have been double checked to verify they have appropriate rights. Any help would be appriciated. John Cross

Ok, Found the resolution to the issue, though not sure why. When the calenders were originaly added to Outlook, they were dragged from the Public Folder to the local Calander list. But if I went to the Calender, right clicked and added to favorites, then went to favorites and made sure it was avaiable in others, it then would see changes others made. Not sure what the difference in the view was, but if anyone else runs across, this is what I did to fix it.
