Has anyone heard of a tool that would work with Exchange 2003 that would allow an administrator to manage a shared inbox. We have a number of users who share a fax inbox and they are constantly moving folders and deleting emails. I know that in Exchange 2007 an administrator can use the management shell, but we are not moving to 2007 for some time. Is there a third party tool that anyone knows of? Thanks for your help!

I'm looking for a tool that track what a user does when they are logged into a shared mailbox. I've tried turning logging on in outlook and that doesnt do it.
