Exchange 2003
We recently applied a number of patches for a client on Exchange 2003. Since applying the patches, the client is no longer able to add new mail accounts and connect them to Exchange 2003 via Outlook. The version of Outlook does not matter.
The client has a self-assigned certificate. OWA and all current accounts work fine. Any help is appreciated.

What patch did you applied?
When you say, not able to add the new mail account, do you mean to say, you are not able to create new Mailbox?
And Current users are not able to connect to their mailboxes using Outlook?
