If all you want is a count, use ADUC and select "Exchange Recipients"
in the "Find" drop-down list box.

You define what you want -- assuming "tiers" means "mailbox quota
limits).
>3) How to find total number of OWA users
If you don't restrict the use of OWA at the mailbox, consider all
mailboxes to be OWA users.
>4) How to find mail recipient users only
Do you mean mail-enabled users? Or something else? Again, ADUC and
"Exchange Recipients".
>5) Average mail size /limit
Maybe by now you should consider buying 3rd-party reporting software?

Well, the "O" stands for "Objective". What's YOURS?
Have you considered asking your Exchange admin and AD admin these

Good Afternoon,
There are certain messages from domains that are stuck in the smtp virtual server queue. This all started after applying updates from Microsoft. IIS service also has an error when restarting, that says it had to close unexpectedly because of inetinfo.exe.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
