Exchange 2003 - Many users want to share calendars
Is there a way for many users (>30) to each share their calendars? All users belong to the security group called "Trainers" Simply is there a way for all users in the TRAINERS group to share their calendars apart from manually going to each mailbox, share the folder then access each shared folder?

Hi, You can use Symprex Folder Permission Manager for this task, it is fast and very easy to use. http://www.symprex.com/products/folder-permissions-manager/ There is also an option to use pfdavadmin, but there can be some problems using this because of different language use in Outlook and there by other folder names in Exchange. Symprex doesn't have this issue. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.
