Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010 Question
We have an old Exchange 2003 server we have laying around just for the purpose of mailbox restores from OLD backups if they are needed. From what I read when we move to 2007 we will have to also keep an old 2007 server around for the same reasons.
I am wondering what others to for backup restores of the old 2003 and 2007 databases after migrating to 2010. Does anyone know of a third party application that can open .edb and .stm files from 2003 and 2007 databases and create a PST of a given mailbox? I would like to be able to de-commission the old Exchange 2003 server, and remove all the Exchange 2007 servers as well when we migrate to Exchange 2010.
Any comments/suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks....
