Exchange 2003 Calender issue
Hi All, We have some issue, We have three Sites, A, B, and C and three Exchange Server 2003 installed on each site. While checking the Calender of any user of B Site from A Site nothing is displayed and showing no information, but when i checked it on other way like from A to B then its showing. Both the Server in one Domain but in different location. Can any one provide help. thanks Mukesh

Are you replicating the free/busy public folders between the servers? If not then that is the most likely cause of the problem. You need to add the other servers to the list of replicas on the Free/Busy system folders in ESM under the properties of the Public Folders. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources

Hi Sembee, Thanks for Reply, I checked it ESM and found that both the servers in Replication List, But it is last replicated on 3rd Nov 2010, So can you tell me how we can replicate manually. thanks Mukesh

You need to look at message tracking to see if the replication is actually taking place. There is no manual replication method. The only thing you can do to force things along is to right click on the folder and choose Send All Content (or something like that, I haven't got an Exchange 2003 system to hand to check). As Simon mentioned, to initiate hierarchy and content replication, use the "Resend changes" and "Synchronize content" options in Exchange 2003 ESM.
