Hello all, I have a issue with one of our two exchange 2003 servers. Last Friday Morning no one could launch their Outlook 2003 clients due to the their storage groups "supposedly" un-mounting by themselves. This obviously effected only the people who have their mailboxes setup on this particular server. This happened twice on the same week. To resolve the issue temporarily. I rebooted both times and this seemed to fix the problem. This is however not a permanent fix and am worried that this will happen again. The event viewer does not seem to show any clues that I can notice but there may be some..Here are the files from the dropbox links to both system and application event logs. No one is going to download "logs" from an anonymous source. Exchange doesn't stop without making a lot of noise, so you need to find the most key events and post those. I would also suggest running the best practises analyser to see if that flags anything. Queue growth is also not normal, and would indicate a problem. Simon.
