Exchange 2003 Contact - Forward email two both Primary and secondary SMTP address.
I have a user that has 2 blackberry devices, one with a US and one with a Canadian email address. He would like toforward allcompany emailto both devices.I have created a contact for him on the Exchange server with both Blackberry email addresses.I have set up his account to forward email to his Blackberry Contact. The contact's primary SMTP address isfor his U.S blackberry address, and his secondary SMTP address is for his Canadianblackberry address. For some reasonwhen an email comes infor the user, it is only forwarded to the Primary SMTP address of the Blackberry contact not both. If I change the order of the the Primary SMTP address, again the same thing happens. Only the primary SMTP address gets the email. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try using the blackberry web services instead of the messy contact setup. It lest the blackberry user sync email/calendar/contacts through OWA with no need of a BES server. Contact your service provider for more details.

How about creating a separate contact for each blackberry device and then putting them in a distribution group? You can then go intoActive Directoryand set his user account to forward mail tothe distribution group. Kevin
