Exchange 2003 Database Search
Is there a way to search the entire exchange 2003 database for email containing key words with out having to search each individual mailbox? If so how would I copy the email to a PST file?

You can do this in Exchange 2007 Multi-Mailbox Search Using the Microsoft standard search technology, content in Exchange Server 2007 mailboxes is fully indexed and searchable using a variety of criteria. If compliance or legal requirements require information discovery, administrators can search across multiple mailboxes within an organization with a single query, routing the results to a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services site, a new or existing local PST file, or mailbox that can be made available via Outlook to HR, compliance officers, or others. I don't think there is an easy way in Exchange 2003 You could write a script yourself that opens all mailboxes and searches them for you Deli

"...You can use exmerge with extgra logging to export mail with a search criteria of your keywords. you can then look into the exmerge log to see which mailbox contains the searched for mail...." http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2290335&SiteID=17
