Hello Exchange community, Product = Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition. Goal: Is it possible to setup a distripution list that internal user's and external user's can reply and send to the distribution list. Basically, the members of the list should only be able to send and reply to the distribution list (e.g. members@distributionlist.com). When replying back to the list the user's email address should not be used. The email address of the distribution list is desired. The internal users are part of email domain A (this is where the exchange servers is running and the distribution list is created)and the external users belong to email domain B. These are two differnent companies. I have created the external email addresses and added the members to the distribution list. I am stuck on having the user's reply back to the distribution list w/ the appropriate email address which would be the distribution list email address. Thanks in advance, Mark

Unfortunately, the short answer is no. Exchange is not a very good list server. I don't even know of any 3rd party softaware that can enhance Exchange to do this.
