Hi, What I was wondering was, is there anyway of adding a generic signature to all mailboxes in server 2003 exchange 2003 so that when the emails go out it has our declaration at bottom without having to use mail filtering software such as Black Spider etc. Any help would be great. Thanks Andy

Hi You can set the Disclaimer using MS native using VB script.
