Exchange 2003 Forwarding Issue
Hello, I have tried looking up an answer to the following issue.I am the E-mail admin for a small non-profit. We recently let one of our trainers go and I had set forwarding of his messages to another in house trainer.I know how to do that, Active Directory Users and Computers - Properties of the user - ExchangeGeneral - Delivery Options. Got that. Now the in house trainer does not want to recieve the e-mail in her mailbox. I have given her the right to open the other trainer mailbox in Outlook (2003). I turned off the forwarding and AD Users and Computers but she is still complaining that she is receiveing the old trainers e-mail in her mailbox. I did this yesterday so there was a reboot of her system involved. Suggestions?Rob Allen

How many DC's. Could there be an AD replication issue in which the disabling of the forwarding has not taken affect on another DC yet?

Hi,
Please run update now on Recipient Update Service.
Besides, please use MacMapi to check if rules(forward rules) has been enabled on that user.We need to load rule table.
1. Download MFCMAPI to the client computer.
Notes: Make sure admins PC has outlook profile set before
2. Launch MFCMAPI
3. Find Sessions menu->choose Logon and Display Store Table->choose mail profile .
4. Double click on Mailbox in the result pane.
5. In the next window, expand Root Container->IPM_SUBTREE->right-click Inbox, select Display Rules Table
6. In the next window, try to find if you have rules enabled. Please delete it.
Regards,
Xiu
