How do you make global changes to the GAL in Exchange 2003? I need to add in Business Phone number and location for each of my employees. Currently all that shows up when someone clicks on the To: button in Outlook to bring up the GAL is the employee's name and email address. Thanks Dale

You can ask all of your users to fillthose details by distributing GAL Modifyexe file,which was available with Exchange 2000 Resource Kit. You can go for bulk modificationto change location, use ADModify.
