Hi All As per http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/2003/RMD.mspx you now don't need exmerge to move mailbox data from the RSG to the mailbox. But the example given there puts the data back into the live user's mailbox. I only need one folder and I'm scared of duplicates. Is there any way without using exmerge to put the data into a dummy mailbox or pst it?

When the recovery mailbox you can use copy data . The copy data will extrla all user mailbox data from RSG to Live Mailbox(it will create Restore Folder in live mailbox) After user copy restore data, can delete the restore folder. Or you can chiose merge data option, merge data will check user current mailbox and RSG user mailbox and avert duplicates
